How to Run the Show:
- Define how your company should celebrate Sparcets
- Schedule celebrations
- Socialize celebration…talk about it
- Lead the celebration!
- Socialize celebration outcome…talk about it
How to Celebrate:
- Monthly Get Together: Designate a spot in your building for the company to meet. Play music. Share the company’s Sparcet activity for the month. Award randomly drawn Sparcets. Announce and thank all Platinum recipients. Recognize 1 Sparcet that had the greatest impact. Say, “Thank You.”Let your people know how awesome they are and how much you appreciate everything that they do.
- Give out gift cards, provide lunch, happy hour, parking privileges, Sparcet trophy/hat to the most impacting Sparcets
- Start off a meeting by going around the table and have everyone share the Sparcet they enjoyed giving out the most
- Drawings and Contests
- Print out selective Sparcets you’ve given and hand deliver them
