Performance for Team Members

Wondering how to find your performance profiles, take and give reviews, request peer reviews and compare your results? See below for instructions!

Reviewing Yourself

  • In the left-side navigation click My Profile to access your profile page.
  • Once on My Profile page, click the tab titled Performance.
  • Find the header with the active Performance Review.
  • Click the Take Review icon to review yourself.
    • Please note: Once the a performance review is submitted, answers can only be changed by contacting support@teamphoria.com.
 
 

Comparing Results

  • In the left-side navigation click My Profile to access your profile page.
  • Once on My Profile page, click the tab titled Performance.
  • Find the header with the active Performance Review.
  • Find the active Performance Review and click the Compare Results button.
  • This view will show all submitted manager, peer and self-reviews.
    • Please note: Your manager must release the reviews before any results other than your own will appear on the Compare Results page.

Requesting a Peer Review

  • In the left-side navigation click My Profile to access your profile page.
  • Once on My Profile page, click the tab titled Performance.
  • Find the header with the active Performance Review.
  • Click the Request a Review icon under the header.
  • Search for the team member and hit Send.
    • Please note: Once a peer review is requested it can only be canceled by contacting your Teamphoria administrator.
 
 

Giving a Peer Review

  • In the left-side navigation click My Profile to access your profile page.
  • Once on My Profile page, click the tab titled Performance.
  • Find the header with the active Performance Review.
  • Find the Team Member you’ve been requested to review and click the Review button next to their name.
  • Review will launch in new tab. You can fill out the review all at once, or save each section and revisit the review to complete at anytime.
    • Please note: Once a peer review is submitted, the answers can only be reset by contacting support@teamphoria.com.
