customer-satisfaction-survey

You’ve already seen how Teamphoria’s Culture Baseline Survey can measure company culture and satisfaction internally; now let’s take that same idea and apply it to your customers to measure satisfaction externally. Surveys are easy to set up, easy to send out, and easy to analyze.

Why is customer satisfaction important?

Because just like your employees, your customers also have the ability to be detractors, passives, or promoters. Extremely satisfied customers will be your brand promoters. They will recommend your company to others and they will continue to buy from you.

How do you measure customer satisfaction?

Launching an external survey will allow your customers to provide feedback to your company. When customers fill out your survey, they are teaching you how to make your business or product better. Most companies do these external feedback surveys once or twice a year. Be sure to check out an example of Teamphoria’s feedback survey below:

How do you get the surveys to your clients?

  1. Send the external survey link via email: The most familiar way to send out your survey to clients.
  2. Have the external survey linked in your organization’s email signature: For constant feedback, link your survey in everyone’s email signature. That way if they just had a great experience with one of your customer service team members or sales team members, they can give feedback right away.
  3. Embed directly on your website or app: Teamphoria provides you with an embed code that you can add to a third-party application or organization website. This makes it easy for customers already on your website to be able to provide feedback quickly.

Don’t forget to act on the survey responses. What’s the good in getting customer feedback if you’re not going to improve or act on it?
