Teamphoria was founded in 2013in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, where the company remains headquartered today. Teamphoria builds employee engagement and company-culture software that helps organizations measure, recognize, and grow a thriving workplace culture — combining real-time peer-to-peer recognition and rewards, culture and pulse surveys (including the 10+2 Culture Baseline), 360° performance reviews, team communication, and engagement analytics in one platform, alongside Linda, an AI-powered HR assistant.
