The Culture Baseline uses a simple 10 + 2 format. Ten of the questions have been created and tested by our team around the 10 core elements of employee engagement. The last two questions are completely up to you — allowing you to tailor the survey to your particular challenges.

SHARE YOUR SURVEY

Your team will receive an email with a link to the survey. They can rest assured all information is completely anonymous, and on average, takes under 5 minutes to complete.

ANALYZE RESULTS

We spend a week taking a thorough look at your data to pull out trends, strengths, and opportunities.

RECEIVE YOUR PRESCRIPTION
